Refund Policy for event bookings
- You may cancel a payment made via this website within seven days of making that payment (see 2 below for exception)
- You may also cancel a payment made via this website up until 28 days of the date of the Event
- You may NOT cancel a payment made via this website within 28 days of the date of the Event
How to cancel
Use our Contact form to send us a message quoting your booking reference or quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.We will contact you by telephone to discuss the matter and refund method.
If paying by credit/debit card, refunds can only be credited to the payment card used to make the payment. Refunds can only be made to the person who made the booking/purchase.
Payments for subscriptions etc, unless actioned via this website, are not covered by this policy.
