Wimborne & Ferndown Lions Club Charity Hike

Dear Fellow Lions,
Our Club President and Secretary, Lions Peter (also our District Secretary) and Beth Burnett, are taking part in the 2027 Charity Hike along part of the Great Wall of China to raise much-needed funds for Julia's House Children's Hospices in Poole, Dorset, and Devizes, Wiltshire.
Together, they are aiming to raise at least £7,000, with an ambitious target of £10,000, for this incredible cause. Every pound raised will be donated directly to the hospices, as Peter and Beth are covering all of their own travel costs for this once-in-a-lifetime challenge.
We hope your Lions Club may be able to support them by making a donation towards their fundraising target. Your generosity will help Julia's House continue providing vital care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
